They needed to keep the existing codebase, bring it ready for real customers, and own every line of it after launch. No vendor lock-in. No platform handoff. Their team had to ship features the day after we left.

Inherited the codebase. Audited every page, every workflow, every database table. Found 27 bugs. Fixed them all. The analysis pipeline was timing out, so we rebuilt it. Made sure every coaching field showed up where it should. Shipped to production.
